Having spent his career in Life Sciences, Richard has had the pleasure of working in large Pharma and small biotech companies and everything in between. With ever expanding roles of responsibility he has held senior leadership roles in both US and Global organizations. He has focused his career in Learning, Sales Leadership, Leadership Development and Commercial Excellence. Utilizing his experiences from organizations such as GlaxoSmtihKline (GSK), Roche and Cepheid he is now focused on working with key clients in growing and developing their commercial spaces to remain competitive in the ever-changing marketplace.
In addition to the experiences noted above, Richard has served as the President of Life Sciences and Trainers Network (LTEN), a non-profit organization focused on training, and is an industry recognized expert in learning, training, coaching and change management.
Jon has been a successful commercial and operational leader in the clinical diagnostics and medical device space for 30 years. A storyteller by nature, his journey began in sales for a custom manufacturer, designing tailored solutions which helped him hone his skills as a problem solver. In the following years, Jon has held senior leadership roles with increasing responsibility for companies including Cepheid (a Danaher company), Quest Diagnostics, and Alere (now Abbott). His experience encompasses products and services delivered to health systems, hospitals, and point-of-care customers in human and veterinary markets. He has strong global experience in addition to his extensive knowledge of US markets. Jon is a critical thinker and is proficient in both improving existing infrastructure as well as building complex, sustainable organizations from the ground up.
